David Lammy is a shining beacon in an otherwise gaggle of shorthaired a-sexual looking female MPs and tiresome drab middle aged snaggletoothed greying men. A proud African Anglo man who despite enduring never experiencing slavery and during a time when men of colour do not have to fight just to get themselves heard, has risen to the level of MP.

His commanding misuse of linguistic truth fighting and telling it how it isn’t has shaken up the established order and we are proud to be alive at a time when this great man is at the very top of his game.
